How our warranty works
Spot a fault?
If your vehicle develops a fault, contact us or warranty provider before any repairs are carried out. This ensures the issue is logged and the correct process is followed.
Book a diagnostic inspection
You'll be asked to take the vehicle to a Vat-registered garage of your choice(or one from our approved network). The garage will carry out a diagnostic inspection to identify the fault and provide a written report.
Submit the claim
Once the fault is confirmed, the garage or you can submit the diagnostic report to the warranty provider. They'll assess whether the issue is covered under your plan.
Approval and repair
If approved, the warranty provider will authorise the repair.
Labour and parts may be fully covered
You may have a claim limit
Get back on the road
Once repairs are complete, the garage will invoice the warranty provider directly or you may pay and be reimbursed. Either way, we aim to get you back on the road quickly and safely.
Wear and tear items
While our warranty plans offer excellent protection against unexpected mechanical and electrical faults, they do not cover wear and tear items. These are parts that naturally degrade over time due to regular use, and are considered the owners responsibility to maintain.
Some examples of wear items are: Air Conditioning, tyres, wiper blades, bulbs and fuses, battery, suspension bushes, wheel bearings, wheel alignment, drive belts, and timing belts, suspension bushes and shock absorbers, interior trim and upholstery and cosmetic wear.
Serviceable items are designed to wear out and be replaced at scheduled intervals. Their condition depends heavily on driving style, mileage, and maintenance habits not on manufacturing defects or mechanical failure.
Some examples of serviceable items are- engine oil and filters, air filters, fuel filters, spark plugs, brake fluid, coolant and antifreeze, transmission fluid.
A well maintained vehicle isn't just more reliable its safer for you, your passengers, and everyone else on the road. Whether you're commuting daily or heading off on a weekend adventure, a few simple checks can make all the difference.
Thankyou for driving with care and keeping safety in the drivers seat.
